Loss of service

My wife and I have both ID contracts. Currently we cannot log onto the service which doesn’t even appear as a choice of network on either of our phones. Mine is a new Alcatel 3L 2020 running android 10 and my wifes is an Alcatel one running android 8.1..I since checked on the ID coverage map it claims the cover at our postcode is excellent. Im 4G my wifes is 3G so if this is excellent service I would not like to see what a terrible service is like

That’s certainly not what we like to hear @aughey, but we’ll do all we can to troubleshoot this through here for you guys.

Have you been able to go some distance from the home to see if things fair better there?

Could we get the postcode of the affected area to look into any potential issues of late with the mast there?
