miss call text alerts.

Hi guys,

I haven't ever received a text to alert me that I've missed a call when the person hasn't left a voicemail. Theres another thread which seems to suggest this is something idmobile do provide. is this something that needs to be set up?

Is it still the case that you don’t provided missed call text alerts? 

If your phone is in range when someone rings, and the call isn’t answered, the phone itself registers a missed call, but it can’t do that if it is out of range so a missed call text in those circumstances would be very useful.

Hi @rsmith07,

We don't provide support for missed call text alerts I'm afraid. But usually, this sort of setting is found within the voicemail settings when dialling the voicemail number.
