My phone will not make calls. It says "mobile network not available for voice calls”. My children, who both have phones on the iD network too, and are in the same house, are able to make calls with no problem. What might be causing this issue?

It sounds like there may be a coverage problem affecting the local masts.
Have you tried restarting the device(s)?
Are you still facing the issue after restarting?
