No coverage in Westhoughton BL5

I have been an ID customer for several months now with no issues until about 3 weeks ago when coverage in my home area suddenly became almost non existent. I have been waiting expecting coverage to return biut it has not. My 2 children also use iD and have similar problems. Is this something iD are fixing or do we need to change service providers?

Hey @MAW,

I'm sorry to hear of your issues. I've had a check at coverage around the BL5 area and it should generally be quite good so I've looked at the status of the masts and there has been some work, on and off, on some of them providing service to the wider BL5 area.

If the signal doesn't improve, please let us know so we can see what else we can find out.
