I have just ported my old phone number to my new ID contract and I am unable to receive (unless on wifi) any incoming calls.
When calling my number it just rings and rings out.
I have switched on and off, checked all settings, taken the sim out and nothing?
when I ring out it’s in my ported number. What’s ap etc is working just incoming calls I am not receiving
please help

Hi
Have you tried removing the SIM card and powering down the handset for 10 minutes? This can often be effective when the porting process is dragging it’s feet. If this doesn’t work, may I ask what handset it is you’re using the SIM card in?
