InI have a OnePlus 3003 phone and have been unable to receive incoming calls since midday. Have restarted the phone, tried calling it from a landline and from a mobile over a few miles radius. Landline message is number unknown. Mobile call just cuts out. No record of call in phone. Texts not coming through

Hi @Lazytrader, @Angela Hinton

Has the problem since gone away?  We believe a wider spread issue that was in effect temporarily last night has been fixed.

Though if you’re still experiencing coverage issues locally then we’d recommend contacting our Customer Services Team through one of the following:

  • Dialling 0333 003 7777 for our Customer Services Team.
  • Reaching our Live Chat Team here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/contact-us
  • Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/idmobileuk/?ref=br_rs)
  • Twitter (https://twitter.com/iD_Mobile_UK)
  • Emailing our office at: communitysupport@idmobile.co.uk

If you're choosing to email us, please include in your email your iD Community username, your full name, home address and postcode, mobile number, and email address.

Thanks

Yes, thanks. Text came through 6 hours later and I can now receive calls. Is there somewhere you post notices of problems at the time?

Hey again @Lazytrader

Thankfully it’s a rarity that any sort of big widespread outages occur.

We’d try and get a notice up on our social media channels (Facebook and Twitter) where possible to try and spread the word of anything like this there.
