No Internet

Just received my id mobile sim. I can call but get zero internet. Just get message that I am offline. No issue with handset as my other sim from a different provider works fine. Tried the check settings on id mobile website. Click send internet settings and nothing happens. Got a feeling this is going to be a short lived relationship. Any advise would be welcome. Switching from vodafone, phone unlocked and the handset is samsung galaxy s7.

Hi @benlchapman198,

I am sorry to hear this. If you go to your phone settings and then to the mobile networks, you should see APN or Access Point Names. If you open this up and then press your menu button, the option to 'Reset To Default should show. Press this and then choose iD on the next screen and then your internet settings should work.

If they don't, turn your phone off and back on and then this should be fine. Failing that, you will need to create a new set of internet settings by following this guide.
