No network for last 24 hours

I have had no network forfor last 24 hours. Tried to contact customer service but that doesnt seem possible.  Who can i contact toto get this rectified. Have tried switching phone onand off.

Have you tried the phone away from the home to see if things fair better there at all?

Have you tried the SIM in another phone to see if the same problem happens there?
