We’re sorry we haven’t been able to get to this one any sooner @POrky

Have you since spoken to our Live Chat Team at all?

If not and you still need our help, please could you let us know the full postcode of where you are?

We’ll then check into any known issues with the nearby mast(s).

Have you been able to try your iD SIM in any other phones you have access to just to see if things fair better there?

Hi

Phone has not worked for in bound or out going call. Doctor cant contact me.

Was able to leave flat today to get help. The Sim is fine. Problem is the WIFI reception.

I have a Samsung J3 2016…...which seems too old for this service.

IS SOLUTION to get a reconditioned new phone that has reception?

Please that it is a monthly contract….

AM IN A CIRCLE OF HELL…….AND FED UP

HI @POrky

Have you been able to test the sim on another phone? If so, were you able to make/receive calls?

-Mohsin

I said the SIM card was fine. It was tested in another phone by a IT repair shop ECT  in Kilburn. And there i was able to make a call. But in flat not able to make or receive calls,

It was he who said the problem was likely to be WiFi calling.

Seems this shop ECT in Kilburn, is the only place where I can find out what is happening,

Do you want my postal code to check service?

I repeat the SIM is fine.

Hi @POrky

There are no reported issues within your postal area.

You mentioned WiFi calling, do you have this enabled on your phone when you are home?
