No receiving text messages.

Hello, I haven't been able to receive any text messages for last two days - it has caused a lot of issues as I am trying to log-in services that requires text sent authentication. Has never had a problem with this - haven't blocked any of these numbers, as well as have had coverage, tested by calls.

Hi @LivaL,

I'm sorry to hear this! Those numbers may be blocked due to the phone service possibly viewing them as a premium rate message. Please can you log in to your iD app or account and enable this feature and then try again?
