been having intermittent loss of service for the past two weeks or so. Reports from the Three website indicate a problem in my area (RG23 7A area) and that it will not be fixed until 22 June. EE are also having problems in the same area and are possibly sharing the same mast as Three. Local reports indicate there may be a right of access issue with the local cell site.
Your web site is of no help when it comes to reporting or finding out about network issues. ( The link you give https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage states very goosd service but Threes website link http://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support suggests otherwise and reflects my current conditiion ie:NO SERVICE.)
Can I suggest a link to the Three website as that is who you use as a carrier.
