No service

My daughters phone has had no service for some time now (i.e. weeks). I am very non techy so don't even know where to start.

Hi @amandasharp51,

This is not good to hear! The first thing to try would be to restart the phone (Turn it Off and back On) to see if that brings through any service. After that, trying the SIM card in another phone would determine whether or not the issue lies with the phone or if it is a SIM card/account issue.

Are you able to try the above and report back to us with what happens?
