Hi - my phone has no Service and I cannot make/receive calls. I also cannot use my data allwo. All of my bills are paid up-to-date. this has been a problem for five days now. I cannot contact anyone on the CallCenter so this is my only method. Please can someone rectify this as soon as possible. Account number is 10521650.
Still no response - I am paying for a phone I cannot use! Live chat unavailable and no call centre number. Please can someone resolve this issue ASAP
