Why does my service for my mobile phone plan die when I leave the house and turn off wifi?

I have no calls and cannot even log into the ID app without going home and reconnecting wifi, rendering my 2 year contract mobile phone IMMOBILE and unusable.

When I make a call it pops up saying 'not registered'. My latest bill was paid last week and the app shows receipt of this payment, how do I get someone to confirm and fix my connection?

Sorry for the delayed message here.

Can you just clarify, have you ever had service on the iD network?

It sounds like the issue relates to network coverage.

What’s the postcode you’re using this at?
