Why does my service for my mobile phone plan die when I leave the house and turn off wifi?
I have no calls and cannot even log into the ID app without going home and reconnecting wifi, rendering my 2 year contract mobile phone IMMOBILE and unusable.
When I make a call it pops up saying 'not registered'. My latest bill was paid last week and the app shows receipt of this payment, how do I get someone to confirm and fix my connection?
