I have been with iD 2 weeks and still can't use my mobile at home. Apparently there is a problem in the area but there is no information as to when this will be solved. I cannot get my passcodes for work or the bank to make purchases so this is causing me a lot of problems. Could somebody let me know when this will be rectified otherwise I will have to cancel this contract.
