I got sent a new SIM but I am still having problems in an area with very good coverage (WA5).
Can someone look into this please?
Hi @AlexFili ,
A new SIM usually has to be activated by us before it's first use, so assuming that you have contacted us to have this activated previously, I have just a few questions so we can understand more regarding what is going on:
Is the phone showing the message "No Service" or is there just low signal?
Have you tried the phone in a different area and does it work when you are away?
Has the SIM card been testing in another phone?
Also, what does the coverage checker show for your exact postcode?
Thanks,
Ryan
