No service for 5 weeks

I have had no service in my phone for 5 weeks now this is getting beyond a joke I've had 3 sim card sent out not one of them works also tryed sim in other phones again doesn't work I have also tryed other network sim cards in my phone an they work this is obviously an issue with the network itself I have made serval complaints about this and I will not be paying my bills I want to now end my contract free of car as this is in breach of my contract 5 weeks is a bloody joke
