No service or signal!

I’ve recently moved over from Vodafone. It’s day 1 of being with ID and I’ve had no signal or service all day!!!! What could the problem be?

Hi Heather,

This isn't what we like to see. Are you currently porting your number over to our network from Vodafone? This can cause some issues with service temporarily.

You can also pop your postcode into our Coverage Checker to obtain information regarding any issues in your area.
