No signal

Hi, I've barely been able to use my mobile date for the last week or so and constantly have no signal any more so can't send or receive messages properly or calls and now my WiFi is down making impossible to do anything at all! It's took me all day to try and get on here because when I call customer services it doesn't give me an option to speak to anyone just says use the live chat which is pretty useless when I have no wifi and my mobile data works for all of 3 minutes every now and again. What am I meant to do?

Hi @Elainer, sorry to hear about this, Have you tried restarting your phone at any point during this ordeal? It may also be worth resetting your network settings. If you let me know the make and model of your phone, I can walk you through this. 

Could you also confirm your postcode so that I can check for any service disruption in your area?
