Hi
Mu Nokia 3310 3G will not send SMS to any phone number. I can send a message to myself, but anyone else is a no!
I have checked the message centre number, restarted the phone, reset the phone. The SIM worked fine in the previous phone I had. Any help would be great.

The message centre number should be:
+447782000800
very important you have the + symbol and the 44

Can you make and receiver calls?
Next thing to check is whether the nokia 3310 is actually 3g
All the articles I have read point towards a 2g only mobile
Which doesn't support the ID mobile network for texting.
Last resort take out the sim clean it and put it back in
Test again.
Do you have another sim card to test in the mobile?
You may need to order another sim, it could be faulty?

That is indeed true, to make the most of our network you would need to be using a phone that supported at least 3g capabilities.
