Not had any signal on my iD phones since 3rd September 2020

I haven’t had signal on my phone since yesterday. We have 3 ID users in our house, all with the same problem - we can’t make or receive calls. I have tried to get through to ID on the phone, but got cut off after going round the “options” houses. Really frustrating. Anyone got any ideas?

Hi @sianbarlow,

 

To affect so many people in the same house sounds like there could be maintenance being performed on a local mast.

 

Could you please provide us with a postcode to check for you please?

Hi thanks for your reply. My postcode is RG6 7EG. I still have no signal - that's 4 days now

Sorry to hear you’re still having issues.

Please can you try your SIM in another device and vice versa to see if this helps?

Can you please run a manual network search for us and select iD from the results?
