Not receiving calls

My phone has stopped receiving calls and texts. I have recently ported my number and everything was working fine. I discovered today though that whilst I can still make outgoing calls etc I cannot receive any. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Piggeh88,

We’re sorry to hear this, is the issue happening in multiple locations or just in one place? Do you perhaps have a second phone or someone else’s phone that you can test your SIM card inside of to see if this improves things?
