Have you recently switched SIM’s at all? Have you restarted your phone? Could we get your home postcode to check for any issues with the local mast to you there?

Yes, I changed to a sim only plan a month ago and I've tried restarting my phone several times and even taken the sim card out and put it back in again. At least 3 people have shown me texts on their phones that they have sent to me that I haven't received!! If it continues I'll have to change to a different provider.

I know it may sound very simplistic, but have you tried removing the SIM and powering down the handset for 10 minutes?
