HI new customer I'm not receiving OTP until 24hours later  this from paypal (so 10 mins is already up)also happening with master card

Hi @Lyn,

We are sorry to hear about this! Do you see any issues with other messages being slow too? It might be either a coverage-related issue if they are coming through late or the OTP service provider could be having issues.

Hi Ryan still taking more than 24 hours to come through, bank , PayPal, also missed call message from yesterday only came through this afternoon. Contacted PayPal suggested calling provider as it’s a problem that’s only arisen since I changed provider
