Out of data
I have ran out of data it is presently capped at £5 the question is i am unable to access my e-mail or facebook accounts on my home network is there any reason for this .

As long as your are connected to your home WiFi connection then there should be no problem with this.
Have you made sure that your phone is fully connected and that the network does not have any error messages within your phones WiFi settings?
