Phone can't connet to network

I’ve had my phone for several years with no problems connecting to the network, but for the last couple of days I have no signal (can still use wifi) and I can’t connect to the ID network either manually or automatically. I’ve tried restarting the phone and putting aeroplane mode on for 30 seconds then off again, but neither have worked. I have a Huawei MYA-L11 android (version 6.0) phone.

I’ve checked the coverage and the ID web site says I should have very good service.

From what you’re describing there it would be worth getting in direct touch with our Customer Services through one of the following options:

  • Emailing our office at: you're choosing to email us, please include in your email your iD Community username, your full name, home address and postcode, mobile number, and email address.

They’ll need to take your postcode and advise on any things currently affecting your area’s coverage.

Please note.  You’ll still be able to call 111 and 999 in times where the signal is limited or non-existant.
