I am not getting any phone reception, my phone tells me I have -113 dBm I don’t know what this means but I haven’t been able to use my phone for a couple of weeks now. Do you know why?

Sounds like their maybe an outage in your local area. Is this all the time or just in certain places? Could I take a postcode please?
