anyone notice poor coverage in last few weeks like can not open Any links from emails or even apps?

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had issue with coverage recently.
A few things first of all.
Do you notice any improvement in your signal if you’re either outside your home (in the garden, out front, etc) -or- if you head further afield to any shops or daily duties?
Have you restarted the phone at all in the past couple of days to see if potentially this is just a weird temporary issue with the phone?
Still on going problem I use the same places all the time but notice it’s been poor in lockdown, I have rebooted my phone many times and reload pages on internet, started new browser and still have problems, I know all the poor coverage areas near me so I know not to use my phone in them places and it’s not a secret as it’s the same with everywhere in them spots.
why can we not speak to an adviser?
