Poor signal since joining in one area

Hello. I'm new to this network having moved from an o2 based carrier. Since connecting my signal at home is very poor. I checked the THREE website and it does say they are having issues in my area (same message for the last week).
According to mastdata there is an antenna a mile away but I don't appear to connect to that one.
Who is best to speak to? I'd like find when this will be resolved?
If this continues I'll unfortunately have to move to another provider.

We'll try to look into this further, though, we do offer a 30-day returns on all contracts purchased from us directly and 14-days via Carphone Warehouse.
