Im currently having problems sending sms texts its just coming up and unable to send iv restarted my phone (iPhone 8plus) this happeneds every so often does anyone no what it could be

Hi @Tszoros93,

This doesn't sound good. When you find that this happens, do you have a drop in signal at all, and is it to any number in particular?

If you can place your SIM card into another phone temporarily, does the issue persist?

having the exact same issue, only occurred a few days ago but I am missing texts and unable to send after a Samsung update, have to restart phone repeatedly

Hi @Sarah fowler, @doctorshakamoto, can you try resetting your phones’ network settings for me? If you need help with this, please confirm the exact make and model of your handset so we can walk you through this.

Can you also confirm your postcodes so we can check for any service disruption in your area?
