Signal has dropped below 0.9mbps in NE65 postcode

The coverage my iD had been questionable for the majority of my contract. But this has gotten ridiculous. 
 

I have upgraded to a fully unlimited contract and I can’t even watch a YouTube video without buffering at 144p. I can’t loads posts on Facebook. Instagram is out of the question. It’s unusable. 
 

My girlfriend is on 3 and she gets anywhere between 6 and 30mbps. Is there a coverage issue, broken mast in my area, or is this just to be expected with iD?
