Hope someone from id can help me. Live in Newcastle, just got new phone from you, and I have no signal what so ever. First time I've ever had this problem with Id. Have checked phone all permissions are on. Just no signal, hope someone can help

Is the SIM activated (if it’s an upgrade)?

Yes, yes, and yes lol. The sim is activated, tried in my old phone, came up OK, got signal. It is an upgrade from id, changed from huawei p20 to the p30.Â

Ah okay, so your SIM card works fine in the old phone but not in the newer phone;Â did you try to restart the new phone?
How long have you had the new phone for? Any longer than 30-days and it’s best to take it down to a Carphone Warehouse store for a possible repair.
