signal issues


in the past week i have been having signal issues on my phone making it impossible for me to contact people....signal checker online says my area is great for id. can someone help

There are serious issues with iD at the moment.

 

You can try contacting live chat here https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/contact-us

 

But they'll just check their mysterious secret coverage checker and tell you that you have an outage in whatever postcode you give them.

 

I'm not sure if it's down to short staffing due to the lockdown but this has been going on for a few weeks now and they have no ETA. 

 

I certainly won't be renewing in August anyway.

You can always check your coverage status here  to find any issues that may be reported recently .

Can you also try re-starting your phone if it shows no issues.

hi i have checked my coverage and says good coverage area and restarting hasnt imporved my signal
