Slow data connection, download and upload ?

I have been experiencing really poor internet speeds from ID for quite sometime, I'm currently thinking of going back to EE. I live in Stevenage, but work in Swindon and Rugby.

Hi Dave, thanks for getting in touch, and sorry to hear about your slow data speeds. Could you please confirm the full postcodes of your home address and both work addresses for me?

Could you also do me a favour and visit Speedtest.net to run an analysis of your data connection? Be sure to disable Wi-Fi before running the test, and please share your results in the thread here. 

Are you using a 4G-enabled handset?
