unable to send text messages

Hi,

I am unable to send any text messages at the moment. I receive the following on opening messages currently unable to send your message. It will be sent when the service becomes available.

My husband also on ID mobile he has been able to send me a message, but I haven't received it yet.

I have put the sim card into my old.phone and was able to send a text. Having put it back in my new phone I'm now able to send and receive messages.

Not sure what the problem was, but its appears to be sorted.

Hi there @HelenA 

Had you moved a number over to iD Mobile at all recently (from another network), are you using an iPhone currently?

If “yes” to the above, then it’s quite likely that your iPhone hadn’t refreshed to be registering the correct number you were using (the one you’ve moved over to us).  Sometimes a simple restart of the phone or taking the SIM out for a few mins and then re-inserting it is all it takes to get things refreshed.

Nevertheless, it’s great to hear things are sorted.
