I've never had many problems with reception before but for the past few days my phone doesn't seem to be working properly without wifi. My apps have not been loading properly and sometimes just don't load at all unless I'm on wifi. I've gone on the coverage checkerĀ and it states my area is fine. I've restarted my phone, took out the sim, selected another network and theĀ selected the ID mobile network again and still without wifi, things are not loading. ID mobile can you assist??
