Why when my phone is set to wifi calling, and the phone shows no network coverage but does show wifi calling on screen can't i make a call? should it not call via wifi?

Hi @paulpa,

We would expect WiFi calling to work in this instance. When your phone shows no network coverage, is there also an error message displayed?

Also, which phone are you using with your iD SIM?

I am using sim in a honor 7 phone, see no error messages though
