My phone signal is rubbish on ID, I have wifi calls enabled yet I frequently miss calls that go straight to VM, and cannot make calls. This is the worst service I have ever had with a mobile provider. Roll on end of contract

Galaxy A70. In the last few weeks, I get no phone calls at home, all go to voicemail, but I can make calls out. I have wifi calls enabled, and still get the same problem.

The A70 is on our list, so should work. Where did you purchase it from?

 

How long have you been using the SIM, and how long has this been an issue? How many bars of signal are showing?

Carphone, 12 months, for the last 2 or 3 months. currently 1 bar of phone and 4 rings of the “beacon” with an arrow pointing down.
