Wifi calling cutting out after 10 seconds

Just moved to Id because it has WiFi calling for the Mate 10 Pro and my office has no signal but whenever I receive or make a call using it the call drops out within seconds. Anyone have any idea why this isn't working properly? Solutions?

Hey @Muja,

The Huawei Mate 10 Pro is definitely a supported handset.

Are you on the latest version of Android?

Have you had this issue in the past?

Hi Mohammed. Thanks for coming back to me. Everything is up to date. I think I've solved it by restarting my phone. Seems OK now. Phew!

Same issue since I have joined on iPhone Xs. called support, but they pointed out that i have poor wifi signal. 🙂 I am in IT, sitting right next to AP...
