Does your service support call forwarding when my phone is switched off (unreachable)?

Do you support the use of the *61* codes to achieve this?

I have an iphone but currently have a bigger problem.

I ordered on 20th Jan (8 days ago) and received an email saying my order (115401318) was stuck and sales had to call me. I have not received any call or SIM and have no way of contacting you outside of this channel.

So, please help...

Have you been able to contact us via our Live Chat Team here? They should be able to get you through to our Sales Team.

In regards to call forwarding on iPhones, this should work as normal and settings can be found here.
