I've just been on hold to the passport office about a very important issue for 1 hour 50, then finally got through to someone. However, before we could finish resolving the issue, the phone hung up because of ID mobile's 2 hour call limit.
So now I will presumably be on hold another near 2 hours and just have to hope the issue is resolved before ID hangs up again.
This is such an annoying feature and has wasted 2 hours of my time Is there any way to get around it? What can I even do? What a stupid idea to just disconnect a call with no regard to what it might be for.
