I have bad signal in the my house when receiving calls i can't hear that person it keeps an breaking up or when I call that person he or she cant hear me and the call ends
outside when I call that person cant hear me or the call gets answered but they cant hear me or i start to break up and the call ends

If you’re still having issues over WiFi Calling then it could be down to a handset issue.
Have you had the mic tested?
WiFi Calling pushes the call via WiFi to boost the signal which helps when there is a coverage blackspot or a temporarily affected mast.
