calls cut off

For approx the 9 month incoming and.outgoing calls randomly cut off. Either just disconnect or they can hear me and I cant hear them. This happens in loads of different locations and it always shows that I have a signal. Please help!!

I understand this must be very frustrating. Have you tried rebooting your phone? Is it updated to the latest software?

It is, have tried everything that has been suggested, I've spoken to online chat this morning and they are sending a new sim to see if it helps
