Calls failing

Hi 

For the last 2 days my calls keep failing, I only have one bar so assume it is network coverage. 
I have turned phone on & off, checked my sim and reset my network coverage in settings and nothing has worked. I cannot receive calls either but am able to use FaceTime so my data coverage is ok.

Please can you check the network coverage on my local mast and advise what I am to do next.

Glad it’s not just me then!! Trying to get through to speak with anyone seems to be a carry on no one can get in touch with me as the calls keep saying failed

Hi @Nicola West,  @Memma Newman, up to 70% of calls were failing on Tuesday but this should now have been resolved. Please restart your phone if you’re still having issues, and drop us a line here if you still need help.
