How do I reach id Mobile to get calls from a landline to my mobile - after activating my new SIM card following upgrading my idMobile tariff - NOT going to voicemail; with a message to the caller that I’m on another line (when I’m not). All other functionalities - calls out, calls to my mobile from a mobile, data use - OK.

Sorry, I’m just having a little trouble understanding the issue here.
If I understood correctly, since upgrading and activating the new SIM you can make calls, send texts and use data services okay but if someone rings you they get a message advising you’re on another line?
Can you confirm if this is just happening when your landline rings you or if anyone mobile number etc calls you?
Ask a few people to call you and clarify what happens.

Just happening when someone from a landline calls my mobile. I’ve just checked from my own landline that it’s still happening.
Mobile to my mobile works fine.
