Can I cancel if I can't get a good signal?

I am considering to change for ID mobile, but I am concerned about the coverage in my work area because the website says that I will only have 3g. If I buy a 12 months planand the Internet does not work at all in this area can I cancel the plan?

Hi @Raquel, for online orders, we offer a 30-day coverage guarantee. This means you can order a SIM, and if you’re not happy with our network coverage, you can simply cancel it within the first 30 days. 

If you don’t cancel within the first 30 days, you’ll be liable for the full duration of the contract.
