can't talk to anyone to help with safe search and bad network

Can anyone help get safe search off please! It's not online at all! Ive looked everywhere. And it's impossible to talk to someone at ID to help! On top of dodgy signal at times n slow the rest of the time! It even makes it so difficult to leave or cancel contract! Not happy. It honestly feels like a scam

Safe search is normally a browser or app setting on your smartphone.

What are you trying to achieve?

You can cancel your contract by calling 7777 (from your iD phone) and using menu option 4.

Have you checked the iD Mobile Coverage checker and the Three Network Status checker?
