This is my account but my young son’s uses the phone (iPhone XR). We upgraded in January but as we are in lockdown he’s been using WhatsApp for calls and video… it’s taken this long to realise that he can’t make or receive mobile calls (we haven’t been out of the house).
I’ve dug out the SIM carrier card and gone through the Activate SIM process but still nothing.
We’ve reset Network settings. All the schoolboy settings have been checked. Got nothing back regarding the SIM activation, yet I’ve paid one month’s bill already. The phone should work but we instantly get a call failed message.
Could anyone suggest anything please, or maybe point out where we might have made a mistake?..
Horrible not being able to talk to anyone - I didn’t realise support was 100% online and the Chatbots are all but useless.
