cant make or receive calls

I recently moved from a pay monthly deal to a sim only deal with IDmobile. I retained the same number. Since using the new SIM I have not been able to make or receive calls. I have switched my phone off many times with no changes. Can someone help me please

We are very sorry to hear about this. Did you receive a new SIM card with your order? If so, please can you try both the new and the old SIM cards to check if either of them help with the issue?
