connecting to network

Lost my phone. Got new phone and Id sent me a new SIM. Got SIM activated and Id sent me message saying it was activated. Can access wi fi internet but not the Id network to make or receive calls or messages. Any ideas

If the SIM was reported as lost/stolen, there’s a suspension that needs lifting.
